You agree to use Jobley only for its intended purpose: managing job applications, practicing for interviews, and exploring job opportunities. You may not:

• Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app's services or servers.
• Scrape or collect data from the app using automated means.
• Impersonate others or provide false information in your profile.

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Jobley.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (e.g., your resume and profile data), but you grant us a license to use this data to provide and improve our services.

Jobley offers auto-renewable subscriptions for premium features.

• Title: Jobley Premium
• Duration: Monthly or Yearly
• Payment: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: Manage and cancel subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.

Jobley provides these services "as is" and without any warranty. We are not responsible for:

• Any loss of data or employment opportunities.
• Accuracy of job listings scraped from third-party sources.
• Performance of AI-generated content (e.g., resume grading or interview answers).
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Jobley at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
